The Center, in collaboration with the Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT) from Kenya, won a tender through the Rwanda Information Authority (RITA) to train ICT staff from various ministries and parastatals. The program is supported by SIDA / SWEDEN. The course started in July 2004 and will last one year.
