The Regional ICT Training and Research Center (RITC) is an agency of the Rwanda Development Gateway Group (RDGG). This is part of an ICT initiative by the Government of Rwanda under its mandate as a founding member of the Development Gateway Foundation. The Development Gateway Foundation is a not-for-profit organization initiated by the world Bank.
A new program is available to train children of all ages in basic ICT skills. The Regional ICT Training and Research Center (RITC) Computer pioneers program is a group of courses in Information Technology (IT) that enable children to be confident IT users from an early age
